Job summary

Sploot is hiring in Colorado for an urgent care and general practice role with no overnight shifts and a fully staffed nursing team. You’ll work 45‑minute appointments, benefit from strong pre-visit triage, and collaborate with Medical Directors for consults.

Expect a supportive environment with no non-compete contracts and ample growth opportunities. Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 depending on shift and experience, plus a ProSal model and comprehensive benefits.
