Job description

BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital, located in Charlestown, MA, is seeking a Veterinarian - Medical Oncologist to establish an oncology service in our facility. The hospital is equipped with up-to-date ultrasound and 64-slice CT scan. Full-time practice will include a qualified primary technician. Board certification or residency training in oncology is required.

The oncology team works closely with a highly skilled surgery service; this collaboration allows us to offer tailored treatment options based on tumor type, patient health, and family expectations.

The market also boasts well-established Radiology, Internal Medicine, and Critical Care teams for collaboration.

BluePearl Charlestown is a new facility located in a historic building just outside of Boston, with a 24-hour ER service in addition to board-certified specialists, including a criticalist, two surgeons, an anesthesiologist, and an internist. Join a motivated, synergistic group of specialists and emergency doctors committed to providing high-quality care. The 8,500-square-foot hospital features sophisticated diagnostic equipment such as a Toshiba Acquilion 64-slice CT, Phillips EPIQ 5 Diamond Ultrasound, and Vet Ray Sedecal digital radiograph system. It also includes a dissection surgical microscope, Arthrex laparoscopy/thoracoscopy/arthroscopy tower, and a full array of endoscopic, brochoscopic, and cystoscopic cameras. Our facility offers a collaborative and enjoyable work environment in a fantastic location.
