Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage associate veterinarians.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold veterinary ethics.
• Partner with Hospital Manager to oversee financial performance.
• Prepare operating and capital budgets and guide staff and hospital operations.
• Collaborate with divisional leadership under National Veterinary Associates (NVA).

• Up to $200,000Base Salary
• 21% – 23% Production
• $50K – $75K Sign-On Bonus
