Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a DVM.
- Active Florida veterinary license in good standing.
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical leadership and ensure the highest standard of care.
- Mentor and manage associate veterinarians.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold veterinary ethics.
- Partner with Hospital Manager to oversee financial performance.
- Prepare operating and capital budgets and guide staff and hospital operations.
- Collaborate with divisional leadership under National Veterinary Associates (NVA).
