Desort seeks an experienced veterinarian for a leadership and equity opportunity in Tucson, AZ. This role supports ownership aspirations within an established hospital, backed by a solid client base, skilled staff, and modern facilities.

Lead clinical direction, mentor the team, and strengthen client relationships while delivering high-quality care to companion animals. Candidates must hold a DVM/VMD and be eligible for Arizona licensure; entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to hospital

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree required.
• Active license or eligibility for AZ licensure.
• Clinical experience in small animal practice.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice ownership.
• Commitment to high-quality compassionate veterinary care.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Interest in developing a thriving practice and contributing to the local community.
