Job summary

Dale City Animal Hospital, part of National Veterinary Associates (NVA), is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team in a brand-new facility. You will provide high-quality medical care and perform soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and diagnostic imaging.

Join a supportive team with a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional growth as we expand our NoVA location to serve a diverse community of pets and their families.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and valid veterinary license in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical skills in small animal medicine.
• Ability to perform routine surgeries and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care for companion animals.
• Perform soft tissue surgery and dentistry as needed.
• Utilize digital radiographs and in-house laboratory tests.
• Collaborate with staff to grow the practice in a new location.

Dale City Animal Hospital is located 40 minutes south of Washington DC, with metro access to the city and is commutable as far North as Old Town Alexandria. We are within 5 minutes of Potomac Mills Mall and serve a diverse community of clients. The Northern Virginia (NoVA) area has several amazing state and federal parks and is 2 hours away from a long weekend in Shenandoah National Park.
