Companion Animal Care in Fond du Lac, WI seeks an Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We emphasize behavior-focused care, a clinician-friendly, paperless workflow, and a warm, family-oriented environment with an on-site doggy daycare.

Our Hospital Manager has taught obedience classes for over 20 years, adding a unique and enriching dimension to our care model.

A Sustainable, Supportive Workflow:

We believe in giving doctors the time and space they need to practice quality medicine. Our appointment structure includes:

• 30–40 minute appointment times, adjustable based on patient needs
• 1-hour lunch break
• The ability toadd catch-up time blockswhen needed
• Surgery and dentistry that are optional, based on your comfort level and interests — and we are fully supportive of referring to a specialty center

You’ll also enjoy excellent support ratios:

• 1 technician + 1 assistant (or 2 technicians) per DVM in appointments

We focus on practicing efficient, team-supported medicine so you can do your best work without burnout.

Flexible Scheduling:

We are open tofull-time or part-time DVMs. Our current doctor works 4.5 days per week, but we are completely flexible and will build a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle and preferences, with the benefit of no weekend shifts.

We are proud partners of the Fond du Lac Humane Society, where we currently provide free initial wellness appointments for newly adopted pets. We are alsoopen to adding additional services—including surgical support if an incoming doctor is interested in expanding this partnership.
