Burke Veterinary Clinic, located in Northern Virginia just outside Washington, D.C., seeks an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing small-animal team. We welcome both new graduates and experienced veterinarians, offering longer appointments for mentorship, shadowing, and 1:1 surgical training.

We operate a 4-day workweek (8–5 or 9–6), alternating Saturdays (8–2), with no after-hours or on-call requirements.

Who we are:

Burke Veterinary Clinic is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team! This is a growth position as we expand our doctor team, and we welcome both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Our recently expanded, paperless hospital features five exam rooms, a dedicated comfort room, treatment area, sterile surgical suite, separate dental suite, and X-ray room. Doctors have access to ultrasound, digital X-ray and dental X-ray, Doppler, and full in-house laboratory equipment.

We are a 100% small-animal practice, with doctors typically seeing approximately 10–15 patients per day. Wellness appointments are scheduled for 20 minutes and sick visits for 30 minutes, allowing time for thoughtful, individualized care.

What You Can Expect
