Springfield Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our team just outside Washington, D.C. We are looking for someone who wants to join a close-knit team and who values collaboration, communication, and quality patient care. Our hospital is committed to providing high‑quality medicine, compassionate care, and personalized treatment plans to every pet that walks through our doors.

About Practice

We are a stand‑alone, 100% small animal hospital with deep community roots and recently renovated client and exam spaces.

• 3 exam rooms (including a dedicated comfort room)
• Large treatment area + surgical suite
• Boarding and grooming on site
• Paperless practice

Equipment

• Ultrasound
• Digital & dental radiography
• Cautery
• IDEXX in-house CBC & chemistry

Schedule & Caseload

• 10–15 patients per day
• 30‑minute appointments (wellness & sick)
• 4‑day work week
• 1–2 Saturdays/month
