LeoForce is seeking a senior veterinarian to continue practicing medicine while shaping the hospital's direction and medical quality, without the risks of ownership. You will work with a team of caring veterinarians and benefit from strong support in Operations, Marketing, HR, Payroll, and more.

In this role, apply superior medical judgment with empathy to heal pets, grow a loyal client base, and collaborate with experienced professionals. Salary is $100k-$150k per year plus collection bonuses.

Job Details

Our caring and skilled veterinarians provide well and sick pet services, for puppies and kittens, adult dogs and cats, and senior pets.

Our services include physical exams, vaccines, spaying, neutering, routine and advanced dentistry care, x-rays, ultrasound, orthopedic surgery, laser therapy, acupuncture, and laboratory testing.

This is an outstanding opportunity to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital as an owner would but without the risks of ownership.

Plus, you'll have the solid backing of experts in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Payroll, and more, to help you succeed.

In this position, you'll use your superior medical judgment combined with a high level of empathy, confidence, and humility to build a loyal client base and heal pets.

The position pays $100k-$150,000 per year + collection bonuses.
