LeoForce is seeking a high-caliber veterinary clinic manager in Austin, Texas. You will oversee all clinic operations, medical services, staff management, and financial performance, ensuring exceptional patient care and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) with at least five years of practice, leadership experience, and strong business acumen. You will mentor staff, drive growth initiatives, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years as a practicing veterinarian with leadership or ownership experience preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills.
• Strong business acumen and experience managing a veterinary clinic.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff.
• A deep passion for animal care and welfare.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency in using veterinary software and technology.
• Current licensure in good standing to practice veterinary medicine.
