PetVet365 is seeking an Associate Veterinarian in Aurora, CO to provide Fear Free medical, surgical, and dental care with a patient-centered approach. The role offers apprenticeship-style mentorship with experienced doctors, allowing you to expand skills across dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate Fear Free medical, surgical, and dental care with patient-centered approach.
• Grow through apprenticeship-style mentorship with partner doctors across care spectrum.
• Diagnose and treat cases in general practice, dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness; pursue CE and leadership development.
• Communicate treatment options clearly with clients, with empathy and transparency.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and treat cases in general practice, dentistry, surgery, and preventive wellness while continuing to expand your skillset through CE and leadership development opportunities.
• Communicate clearly with clients, presenting treatment options with empathy and transparency to strengthen the doctor-client bond.
• Mentor and collaborate with veterinary technicians, fostering a positive and growth-oriented hospital culture.
• Partner with hospital leadership to review performance, improve processes, and grow the practice as part of a collaborative network.

Qualifications Who You Are

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) with an active state license.
• Experience in practice is great, but new grads are welcome - mentorship is built in.
