Veterinary Practice Partners’ Canton, GA practice is seeking a full-time DVM to become co-owner, not a traditional employee. This partnership model offers equity ownership, and your name would be on the door and balance sheet.

You’ll run medicine with no corporate dictates, set your own workups and treatment plans, and lead clinical decisions while contributing to equipment, hiring and scheduling decisions for the hospital.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited school and licensed or license-eligible in Georgia.
• Small animal general practice experience with routine surgery and dentistry.
• Genuine interest in ownership and equity opportunities.
• Strong judgment and communication skills for autonomous work.

The opportunity

You run the medicine

No mandated protocols. No corporate formulary telling you what to prescribe. No production quotas dictating how long you spend in an exam room.

You decide the workup. You decide the treatment plan. You decide how you practice medicine, because you're the one accountable for the outcome — and the one who benefits when patients and clients stay with you for a decade.
