You will be part of a growing hospital with an established client base and a commitment to autonomy in medical decision making. You'll lead medicine, shape clinic culture, and participate in equity distributions and leadership development.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from AVMA-accredited school and GA license or eligibility.
• Strong leadership and ownership mindset; able to govern clinical directions autonomously.
• Comfort with ownership responsibilities, equity discussions, and practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Run the medicine without mandates or quotas.
• Lead medical decision making and clinic culture.
• Participate in equipment decisions, hiring, and scheduling as part of ownership.
• Provide leadership and mentorship within the partner group.
