Veterinary Practice Partners is seeking a full-time DVM to join as a Co-Owner at the Canton, GA practice. This is a true partnership with equity ownership, not a corporate role.

You will be part of a growing hospital with an established client base and a commitment to autonomy in medical decision making. You'll lead medicine, shape clinic culture, and participate in equity distributions and leadership development.

Veterinarian – Co-Owner

The opportunity

You run the medicine

No mandated protocols. No corporate formulary telling you what to prescribe. No production quotas dictating how long you spend in an exam room.

You decide the workup. You decide the treatment plan. You decide how you practice medicine, because you're the one accountable for the outcome — and the one who benefits when patients and clients stay with you for a decade.

What We're Looking For

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited school, licensed or license-eligible in Georgia

• The judgment and communication skills to be trusted with autonomy
