Lake Chatuge Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinarian to join our team in beautiful Young Harris, Georgia. We see dogs, cats, and exotics and are open to expanding our services to include urgent care—making this an exciting opportunity for a veterinarian who wants to help shape the future of the practice.

A Well-Equipped Hospital

Lake Chatuge Animal Hospital offers a variety of tools to support high-quality medicine, including:

• 4 exam rooms, including one dedicated feline-only exam room
• Dedicated surgery suite with surgical table
• Treatment area divided into three functional sections with 3 treatment tables
• Digital radiography with AI technology, including digital dental radiography
• Portable ultrasound
• Surgical laser
• Electrocautery
• Hyperbaric oxygen chamber
• IDEXX in-house laboratory

We're also looking toward the future, with plans to continue investing in equipment and improving the hospital—including a potential new surgical table and upgraded ultrasound technology.

The Ideal Veterinarian

We're looking for a veterinarian who is:

• Comfortable seeing dogs and cats, with an interest in exotic animal medicine
• Excited by variety and interested in practicing high-quality medicine

• Creative and willing to bring new ideas to the table
• Interested in surgery, dentistry, urgent care, or other areas of medicine they want to grow
