Job description

Family Pet Clinic and Family Pet Clinic 2 are hiring a part-time to full-time Veterinarian to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to a variety of animal patients.

The part-time need will evolve into a full-time position in Spring 2025.

What to Expect

Salary:

Full-Time: $110,000 - $150,000 per year + production
Part-Time: $60,000 - $80,000 per year + production

Family Pet Clinic 2: 1441 Bridgetown Pike, Feasterville, PA 19053

Hours of operation:

Mon: 9am – 7pm
Tue: 9am – 7pm
Wed: 9am – 7pm
Thurs: 9am – 7pm
Fri: 8:30am – 5pm
Sat: 8:30am – 12pm
Sun: Urgent Care Hours 9am-1pm at Feasterville location only
NOTE: Both offices are closed from 1pm – 2pm Monday through Friday

As you join our mission to aspire to maintain compassion and empathy as we provide impeccable veterinary care, expect to be supported in your work and personal life with:

  • A schedule that respects your time. You'll be scheduled for 10-hour shifts, working two to four days a week, including a Saturday/Sunday rotation and two evenings each week. Each day will include 30-minute appointments, with time allotted before and after each for charting, plus a daily break from 1 to 2 p.m. No on-call duties or holiday work are required! (*Scheduling may vary based on full-time or part-time status.)
  • A 3:1 staff to doctor ratio.You will have the support—and respect—you need to be excellent for our patients. We’ve got your back. Our current team consists of 7 DVMs, 5 licensed technicians, 10 assistants, and 11 CSRs. All of our staff members float between both locations.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid veterinary license in the state of Pennsylvania
