Job summary

Sploot Veterinary Care in Utah is seeking a licensed or eligible DVM to join our Urgent Care + General Practice with no overnights and flexible 3–4 day weeks. You’ll work with a strong nursing team, balanced case mix, and supportive Medical Directors for consults.

The role emphasizes mentorship, growth, and a ProSal compensation model with a base salary of $130,000–$160,000 plus bonuses and relocation options.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Utah and in good standing.
• Strong communication and collaboration with team and clients.
• Eagerness to learn and grow clinical and surgical skills with mentorship.
