Job summary

Sploot Veterinary Care in the United States is seeking a licensed DVM to join our urgent care and general practice team. We offer 45-minute appointments, a fully staffed nursing team, and strong pre-visit triage to reduce chaos.

Enjoy a flexible 3–4 day workweek with 10–12 hour shifts, no overnights, and a collaborative environment with Medical Directors available for consults. We provide a competitive base salary and ProSal incentives.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Colorado.
• 1+ year experience preferred with strong mentorship available.
• Comfortable asking questions and eager to keep growing and developing skills.
• Bonus points for experience in surgeries and dentals.
