Job summary

Sploot Veterinary Care is hiring for urgent care and general practice with no overnights and flexible 3–4 day weeks in Colorado. You will deliver high‑quality medicine with ample nursing support and structured triage to keep exams efficient and thorough.

We offer a ProSal model with high production potential, a sign‑on or relocation option, and extensive perks to support your professional growth and well‑being.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD licensed (or eligible) in Colorado.
• 1+ year of experience preferred, strong mentorship available.
• Comfortable asking questions and eager to grow and develop skills.
• Bonus points for surgeries and dentals experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality medicine with 45‑minute appointments and thorough pre‑visit triage.
• Work with a fully staffed nursing team to focus on patients and not workload chaos.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors for consults and guidance.
• Mix of urgent care and wellness cases with strong patient care standards.
