What You’ll Do:

As Medical Director, you'll take on a dynamic mix of responsibilities including clinical care, mentoring associate veterinarians, and optimizing patient outcomes—all while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

This modern small-animal practice (with a touch of exotics and urgent care) boasts:

• Multi-doctor, tech-supported team
• In-house labs, dental suite, laser therapy, and more

Hospital Hours Summary – Olathe, KS Location:

The hospital operates 7 days a week with a mix of full-day and partial-day hours:

• Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sunday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Staff schedules are designed to align with these hours, offering flexible shifts that promote work-life balance while ensuring exceptional patient care throughout the week. (NB, Saturdays required only on occasional basis)

️ Licensed DVM (or equivalent) with 4-5+ years of clinical experience
