Global Talent Partners is proud to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian to join a growing independent companion animal practice in Newark, New Jersey.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a veterinarian with a passion for surgery to become a key member of a rapidly expanding, privately owned practice. Since opening seven years ago, the hospital has established a loyal and growing client base and is now looking to add a second veterinarian to support continued growth while helping to develop its surgical services.
Working alongside an experienced veterinarian with a focus on dentistry and preventative medicine, you'll have the opportunity to build your own surgical caseload while enjoying genuine clinical autonomy, outstanding support, and a flexible compensation model that includes profit-sharing.
This purpose-built companion animal hospital has quickly established itself as a trusted provider of high-quality veterinary care within the local community. The practice combines modern technology with a collaborative, patient-first approach and is backed by an ambitious leadership team committed to investing in both its people and future growth.
Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes, allowing you to provide thorough, relationship-focused care without feeling rushed. Daily caseloads typically range between 15 and 25 appointments, creating an excellent balance between quality medicine and productivity.
This role is ideal for a veterinarian with at least two years of experience who enjoys both general practice medicine and surgery.
As the practice continues to grow, the long-term vision is to establish dedicated surgery days, allowing you to further develop your surgical interests while maintaining a varied GP caseload.
