We are partnering with a recently relaunched, privately-owned, surgery-focused small animal hospital in Newark, NJ that is rebuilding its clinical team and looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian. Backed by a leadership team that blends strong financial expertise with hands-on veterinary operations experience, this is an entrepreneurial, growth-minded practice with real momentum behind it. The clinic combines busy general practice, covering wellness, preventive care, dermatology, and dentistry, with a high-volume surgical caseload that includes C-sections, cherry eye corrections, spays and neuters, and mass removals. The long-term model is built around two veterinarians, one leaning toward surgery and one toward appointments, with plenty of room to mix the two around your interests. About You

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• Hold, or are eligible for, licensure in New Jersey
