Latham Animal Hospital in Latham, NY is seeking a compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. We offer flexible schedules with no on-call or night shifts and a supportive, team-based culture.

Examine and treat dogs and cats, collaborate with our veterinary ecosystem, and pursue ongoing education while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and a generous sign-on bonus up to $75,000.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree.
• Internship training is preferred but not required.
• Ability to attain NY Veterinary License.
• Excel in managing time, prioritizing tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• New grads and experienced Doctors are welcome.

Responsabilités

• Examine and diagnose diseases and injuries of pets (primarily dogs and cats), and treat surgically or medically.
• Collaborate within our veterinary ecosystem, and communicate with referring veterinarians.
• Participate in ongoing education, seminars, and training to stay at the top of your field.
• Administer core vaccinations and counsel clients in well pet care.
• Perform dentistry.
• Contribute to making our workplace enjoyable for all: staff, clients, and pets.
