Compensation includes a base salary of $110,000-130,000 depending on experience, plus a 21% production bonus paid monthly and no negative accrual, with four-day workweek options and no after-hours emergencies.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our experienced, collaborative team. You'll be supported by a cohesive group of doctors, credentialed technicians, and a leadership team that truly values your voice. Compensation

$110,000-130,000 base salary depending on experience
21% production bonus, paid monthly
No negative accrual
