We are a busy GP/ER hybrid hospital with no overnights or late call, a steady stream of urgent care and emergency cases, and the equipment and support to practice gold‑standard medicine every day.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a veterinarian who loves variety, thrives on complex cases, and wants to build lasting relationships in a community that truly values its doctors. You’ll see everything from holistic medicine and dentistry to emergency cases and advanced surgeries — supported by a 15‑doctor team and full staff (3:1 ratio with LVTs). Our veterinarians each average $1M+ in annual production, with some exceeding $2M.

Compensation And Benefits

• Free year of housing
• $140,000–$190,000 base salary (depending on experience)
• 21%+ production bonus, paid monthly
• 50% production on emergency and after‑hours appointments
