Carson Valley Veterinary Hospital in Nevada is seeking a veterinarian to join our 14-doctor team in a 15,000 sq. ft. AAHA-accredited hospital. You will deliver top-tier emergency and urgent care with no overnights, nestled in the Tahoe area with abundant outdoor recreation.

We offer a free year of housing, a starting base salary of 150,000–170,000 plus 21%+ production bonuses, and a supportive culture focused on mentorship, growth, and work-life balance.

Our Resources

Our resources include a 15,000 sq. ft. facility with 21 exam rooms, multiple surgery suites, separate dental suites, a brand-new CT scan machine, digital and dental radiology, ultrasound, full IDEXX in-house laboratory, therapeutic laser, endoscopy, and a dedicated 3:1 support staff ratio (including licensed veterinary technicians). You’ll be part of a dynamic, 14-doctor team and a supportive management group committed to your success.

Compensation And Benefits

• FREE YEAR of HOUSING!
• $150,000–$170,000 starting base salary (depending on experience)
• 21% and up production bonus, paid monthly (depending on experience)
• The average gross production per doctor is $1M annually, with some exceeding $2M
• Exact compensation will be based on skills, experience, and schedule
