Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients by gathering information, listening to concerns, and demonstrating empathy and compassion.
  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic, medical, surgical, and dental procedures while providing the highest quality care and minimizing patient stress and discomfort.
  • Educate and communicate effectively with clients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive healthcare, nutrition, and other aspects of their pet’s wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough client and patient medical and surgical records in accordance with established protocols.
  • Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine, new medical information, and evolving treatment options.
  • Collaborate with and support the paraprofessional team to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.
  • Represent Animal Medical Center positively within the professional community and the general public.

Animal Medical Center (AMC) is seeking a part-time or full-time Veterinarian to join our progressive, collaborative practice in the Texas Panhandle!

Job Summary

The Veterinarian is an integral member of the Animal Medical Center team, working closely with the Managing Doctor and supporting medical staff to provide exceptional patient care and client service.

The ideal candidate is committed to advancing the quality of medicine, building strong relationships with clients, and providing compassionate, comprehensive care to every patient.
