Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Self-starter, able to multitask and be a team player.
• Enjoy working with animals and handle them when stressed or in pain.
• Prefer 1+ years of experience, but willing to train the right individual.
• Able to meet physical demands, lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and treatment.
• Monitor hospitalized pets and aid post-surgery care.
• Maintain inventory and stocking; keep areas clean.
• Restrain animals during exams, blood draws, and nail trims.
• Assist with routine diagnostics (radiographs, bloodwork, etc.).
• Sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
• Answer phones and help clients with their pets.
