Power Home Remodeling offers a DoW SkillBridge program for active and transitioning service members, designed to provide practical exposure across departments including Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy. Participants are supported by a dedicated Pathways team and leaders throughout the business to ensure a strong transition to civilian careers.

The program runs 2–4 months with the aim of moving to full-time roles after completion, and includes a sign-on bonus and robust benefits.
