Power Home Remodeling is offering a DoD SkillBridge program designed for active and transitioning service members. The 2-4 month program provides exposure to Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy, with a Pathways team guiding you toward a full-time role after completion.

Participants receive support, potential sign-on bonus, and access to benefits, with locations across the country and a mission to help veterans build meaningful careers.

• Interest in customer development, sales, operations, or installation leadership.
• Willingness to participate in a multi-department exposure program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a cross-department SkillBridge program across Revenue, Operations, and Craftsman Academy.
• Move to full-time roles with DoW partnership after program concludes.

Our 2-4 month program is custom-designed for each individual and provides exposure to multiple departments across the business. You will be supported by a dedicated Pathways team and leaders throughout the business. We invest time, energy, and resources to ensure this is one of the premier SkillBridge programs in the country. Below is a brief overview of the available departments you will work with throughout your program.

Departments To Explore

• Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales that offer the chance to learn the ‘business of the business’ while being surrounded by some of the best leadership in the country.
• Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management positions that allow you to work in high-performing teams to ensure every project is a 5-star experience for our homeowners.
• Craftsman Academy- A customized schoolhouse to train transitioning service members to install and run installation crews for us.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

In partnership with the DoW, our goal at Power is to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after their program concludes. We also provide a sign-on bonus as a thank you for your commitment and contributions during the 2-4 month program.
