Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Reproductive Health Program Manager (RHPM) to advocate for Veterans by providing clinical, administrative, and leadership support to enhance reproductive health care services for women across the lifespan, including contraception, fertility, perinatal care, pregnancy loss, menopause, and other reproductive health concerns.

Qualifications

• MSW from a CSWE-accredited school is required.
• State licensure or certification to independently practice social work is required.
• Two years of post-advanced practice social work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for reproductive health programming.
• Develop educational tools, programs, and in-service training for staff and Veterans.
• Collaborate with Women's Health, IPV, MSA, and other coordinators to improve care.
• Prepare reports and statistics for facility, VISN, and national use.
