The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks an RN Program Manager for the Referral Coordination Team (RCT) to lead Veterans’ care coordination across the continuum. You will plan, organize, and direct the program while guiding staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.

The role requires strong leadership, compliance with VA policies, and a track record of performance improvement in clinical settings. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to influence care at scale.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the United States with a valid state license.
• Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE-accredited nursing program.
• Proficient in written and spoken English per VA standards.
• Favorable eligibility for bridge program licensure pathways.

Responsabilités

• Lead the RCT team to coordinate Veteran care across the continuum.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, monitor performance and process improvement.
• Serve as subject matter expert on medical policies and RCT processes.
• Manage staff performance and triage care through the consult process.
