Qualifications

• Post high school coursework or training in social/behavioral sciences, counseling, business, public administration, education, marketing, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, behavioral science, business administration, communication, education, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with Veterans, jobseekers and employers and doing outreach and presentations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform case management of clients; assess and guide them to training services and WIA/ES programs.
• Screen applicants for eligibility for partner programs and coordinate services with partners.
• Perform job search/matching activities for employers and applicants, including job referrals and development.
