Qualifications

• Six months of food service experience or related training.
• Six semester hours in food and nutrition or related field.
• Trade school training in food service management considered acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares salads, desserts, and beverages; cleans pots, pans, and utensils.
• Assists with staff performance discussions and conflict resolution under supervision.
• Supports quality assurance through audits and adherence to policies.
• Reports and helps resolve resident complaints and incidents.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for residents and staff.
