Job summary

Greenway Automotive Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Person with a high school diploma and automotive parts knowledge.

You will locate parts, assist customers, maintain inventory, and support sales with accurate documentation, reports, and promotions.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and previous experience with automotive parts and accessories.
• Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Locates accessories or parts and arranges for installation
• Monitors parts inventory and maintains storage area in good condition
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions
• Maintains accurate sales documentation
• Provides timely and accurate reports as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
