Job summary

Atlantic Health Strategies is seeking a Primary Therapist for a full-time on-site role in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area. You will provide individual and group therapy within a structured clinical setting, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care and veteran-focused services.

Active Georgia licensure progression toward full independent licensure is encouraged, with supervision to support growth. Candidates should have a Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Active Georgia licensure registration or associate licensure toward full independent licensure.
• Experience with veterans, active-duty military, or military-connected individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and contribute to treatment planning.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and clinical consultations.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Coordinate with internal and external providers to support continuity of care.
• Engage in clinical supervision to support licensure progression.
• Support dual-diagnosis care for mental health and substance use when present.
• Uphold Georgia licensing standards.
