Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for the Veterans & First Responders Intensive Outpatient Program in Center City Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on trauma-informed, evidence-based care for veterans, active service members, law enforcement, firefighters, and other first responders within a structured IOP setting.

Responsibilities include facilitating group therapy, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services) or related field, including clinical internship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for veterans, active military, and first responders in an Intensive Outpatient Program.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing trauma, mental health, and substance use.
• Provide evidence-based interventions and psychoeducation to promote recovery and long-term wellness.
• Maintain clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment plans.
