Job summary

Monterey seeks dental providers in the Roanoke, VA area to join the VA provider network and perform disability exams for veterans and separating military members. You will work in your own office, schedule examinations at your convenience, and submit findings electronically for reimbursement.

Appointments typically require no treatment or follow-up care. You will not determine benefits, only report exam results; eligibility continues to be evaluated by the VA based on submitted medical reports.

Qualifications

• State license to practice is required.
• Experience performing Compensation and Pension exams is a plus but not required.
• Must have a Panoramic X-Ray in office.
• Able to perform ROM evaluations for TMJ claims.
• Minimum availability of 1 day per week.
• Office within 100 miles of Roanoke, VA location.

Responsibilities

• See veterans/soldiers in your own office as part of the VA provider network.
• Submit examination findings electronically in a medical report.
• Exams require no treatment or follow-up; reimbursement is direct.
