Job summary

Monterey Medical seeks dental providers to join our network and perform disability exams for veterans and separating military members in the Roanoke area. You will participate in Compensation and Pension evaluations with no ongoing patient treatment required, and findings are submitted for VA review.

Exams are coordinated by Monterey Medical, with 5–7 business days' notice, and you are reimbursed directly. A valid state license and a panoramic X-ray in-office are required, with at least one day

Qualifications

• State license to practice.
• Previously perform Compensation and Pension exams for our country's veterans, a plus, but not required
• Must have a Panoramic X-Ray in office
• Able to perform Range of Motion (ROM) for TMJ claims
• Minimum availability 1 day/week
• Must have an office space within 100 miles of job posting location

Responsibilities

• Perform Compensation and Pension exams for veterans in your office.
• Provide pre-discharge head-to-toe physical exams for soldiers in the area.
• Submit examination findings in a medical report; no treatment or follow-up is required.
• Exams are scheduled by us with 5–7 business days' notice.
