Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Clinic Supervisor for our Medical Disability Examination (MDE) Clinic to oversee operations, coordinate care, ensure VA and regulatory compliance, and lead a team delivering high-quality disability examination services to Veterans.

Reporting to the Area Manager or Clinic Manager, you will train staff, maintain logs and safety standards, manage schedules, and collaborate with examiners and stakeholders to improve access and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Must have current BLS for Providers (AHA).
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations of an MDE clinic.
• Supervise delivery of medical disability services.
• Ensure compliance with VA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead staff training and ensure safety and quality.
