Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to oversee operations of an MDE clinic and deliver high-quality care within VA standards. The role requires supervisory healthcare experience, BLS certification, and strong collaboration with clinicians and stakeholders.

You will manage staff, ensure safety, maintain logs, and support administrative and clinical processes to meet organizational goals and Veteran care commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory or managerial experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current BLS certification required; CPR training as applicable.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinic software.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations of an MDE clinic and ensure quality service.
• Supervise staff, provide training, and manage scheduling daily.
• Ensure compliance with VA, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain safety, emergency readiness, and equipment readiness.
• Oversee documentation, logs, and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with examiners and stakeholders to improve access and efficiency.
