Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support veterans who rely on dependable in‑home care. If you are reliable, professional, and dedicated to helping others live safely and independently, we want to meet you.

We offer $16–$18/hour with full-time or part-time scheduling, direct deposit, industry-leading training, overtime pay, flexible shifts, PTO, and referral/quarterly bonus programs. Veterans and military families are encouraged to apply.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare you will:

• Provide companionship and social engagement

Caregivers are expected to provide consistent, respectful care that supports client independence and dignity.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
