Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our national network and provide non-medical in-home support. We value reliability, empathy, and a warm presence for clients of all ages and abilities.

As a caregiver, you’ll help with companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, with flexible schedules and paid orientation. Direct deposit and overtime pay offered.

Qualifications

• Non-medical home care experience preferred.
• Ability to provide companionship and social engagement.
• Strong communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

• This position will pay $18-$20

• Direct deposit

• Paid orientation and ongoing training

• Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays

• Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
