Qualifications

• Experience in a military career field is desirable.
• Two years of administrative database entry and recordkeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterans in identifying suitable employment opportunities.
• Provide guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and authorized release of service member information.
• Update shared calendars with pertinent information, events, and meetings.
• Plan and organize work to meet program requirements.
• Use various software programs to maintain database files and prepare reports.
• Review, scan, and index records for all eligible members.
• Provide training to team members on employment assistance services.
• Ensure policy and training compliance for all contract employees.
