Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and serve according to diets as ordered by the physician.
• Coordinate activities of a small work group including Food Service Assistants as needed.
• Ensure food is handled, stored, and served within protocols.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in the kitchen and assist in cleaning equipment.
• Operate equipment and report problems per facility policy.
