Job summary

UBS is seeking a Registered Client Associate in New York City to support a Financial Advisor team. You will manage client information, educate clients on account services, and prepare materials for client meetings, while coordinating their calendars and marketing activities.

Required: SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses; 2–3 years of client-service experience in finance; a finance-focused Bachelor; and strong communication with Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
• 2–3 years of client service experience in finance.
• Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Keep management systems up-to-date with client information.
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
• Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings.
• Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests.
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials.
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities.
