Job summary

UBS’s SkillBridge training program welcomes transitioning US armed services members into a Registered Client Associate role in the Financial Services Industry. The position focuses on servicing clients and supporting a UBS Financial Advisor team.

Requirements include SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses, 2–3 years of client service in finance, and a finance-focused bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Strong communication and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in client service within the finance sector.
• Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on finance.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented; nothing gets past you.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Keep management systems up-to-date with client information.
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities.
• Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings.
• Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests.
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials.
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities.
