Ryder System, Inc. in Provo, UT and Columbus, OH invites transitioning service members to join the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship CoHort 25.1, a 12-week program in Supply Chain Solutions. Fellows will gain hands-on experience managing accounts, P&L, customer satisfaction, compliance and safety.

Applicants should be within 180 days of transition and participate in DoD Skillbridge. 3+ years in supply chain/logistics and 2+ years of leading direct reports are preferred.

Qualificações

• Transitioning service member fellows must be within 180 days of transition.
• Currently participating in DoD Skillbridge program through Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship.
• 3+ years or more in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field preferred.
• 2+ years or more managing and leading direct reports preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the performance of salaried employees as well as hourly paid employees under his/her responsibility, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statement to determine account profitability and provide financial data and weekly operations report to senior management.
• Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
