WarriorNOW is seeking an AmeriCorps VISTA – Program Development Member in Colorado to design and implement a year-long program development workplan. You will inventory current WarriorNOW programming, identify gaps, and develop repeatable curricula, tools, and evaluation processes to improve veteran services.

The role includes coordinating with staff and partners, creating templates, and establishing a scalable workflow for program proposals, approvals, scheduling, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Community organization and leadership experience with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to design and implement program tools and curricula.
• Experience working with veterans or veteran services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized tools and curricula to strengthen WarriorNOW’s veteran programming and improve consistency across classes and events.
• Evaluate participation and feedback data and create repeatable guides and partner processes so programming can expand after the VISTA term.
